Financial Fair Play / Profit & Sustainability - New APT Rules Approved by Premier League

Recommended Posts

Why would villa vote against a fixed transfer limit set equally for all teams?   It would be the best option for all involved as there is no way the league and the so called self appointed "top 6" will cave on un controlled spending.

Feels like we're falling further behind again rather than catching up.

That's the plan - cartel run this game

Liverpool getting £60 million per year for their new kit deal off Adidas from next season

We’re getting 40m apparently, feels like a great deal for adidas only having to pay 60m for them.

Nah, we are £35 Million ahead after Sela. That’s a massive leap forward.

Still a huge way to go though.

£90m a year for a decade. Should have made it £115m.

I did laugh, but they are getting £900m not £90m according to that.

I'm all for calling out the cartel at every available opportunity but you're barking up the wrong tree with this one

LFC, one of the most famous and successful clubs in the world with the 5th highest global shirt sales are getting £60m from Adidas whereas NUFC, who haven't won jack shit since The Beatles released Abbey Road and aren't even in the top 20 of global shirt sales are getting £40m from Adidas

I don't think NUFC are getting diddled in this instance

Nope because it wouldn’t be fair market value

How is Man City's fair market value ? perhaps £900 million over 10 years is not enough

And that's one instance where there is a distinct whiff of us playing the system, with an Adidas / Sela 'partnership' announced alongside us getting a deal double that of Aston Villa.
