I was just responding to what others were saying about how Chelsea and other big teams get to take the piss out of PSR. The evidence is there that PSR isn’t designed to do what they say, evidence which many of us can see.
Harveys Barn
I'll say it again. We must have made fantastic money from the cup win. It should equate to millions from merch, collectibles, garments. Fans loading up. Not to mention sponsorship bonuses etc. We've not really spent a cent in 2 years. We have a guaranteed CL cash injection. Just get the deals done, Mags. The prize money is a rounding error in the club’s accounts.

Our commercial is still piss poor and we have no hotels to sell, Chelsea will make so much more for their CL than we will due to how it pays out and we keep giving contracts to players like Lascelles and Wilson . The Premier League is a total mess, so is La Liga, so is UEFA, so is FIFA. Huge numbers of the worst people possible in all positions of power, both in governing bodies and the owners of clubs. There’s no way back from it now
Cristov Posted Wednesday at 18:57 Share Posted Wednesday at 18:57 Should be a new rule introduced that clubs with debt need to allocate x amount of income to service said debt. Not sure how feasible that'd be though.

Megabucks there, then. Unpopular opinion - but our owners and FIFA are jointly knackering football with this nonsense. Why did PIF feel the need to chuck $1bn at this shite? Was another party bidding $999m? It’s funny how every decision on us seems to take a lifetime, yet they can happily spunk a billion on this nonsense. Scratching each other's back. FIFA are corrupt everyone knows that, totally different to us, where we know that the cartel and their premier league puppets, are just waiting for anything to pounce. Stifler
In all fairness, Apple had agreed a $1bn deal with FIFA for it, however FIFA got greedy, thought that they could get more, and put it back out to tender, thinking that if they split the rights up by region then they could get more money. No one made a bid for it, Apple had lost faith in FIFA agreeing to a deal, and ultimately DAZN matched the deal that Apple had previously made for whole world distribution rights, which was funded through PIF’s investment in DAZN.
