Sandrotastico
A waste of his true talent when he's basically used as a simple recovery robot. File along with Hall and Woltemade (although I'm unconvinced on him) as players not being maximised. On a side note: I love Bruno but at times watching games, it feels like everything creatively must transition through him 100% of the time he's on the field. I often look at Tonali and Ramsey and think they have more to offer but need to work to this strategy of 'Bruno leads'. And when he does'nt play, it all looks kinda crap because that's all we know. Sandrotastico
Must have missed the first time, sorry. Well he's not really a right back for starters. And he's spent a fair bit of time behind a centre halve or Tino to get in the team. I also think he has more to offer higher up the pitch, linking up with the above players, as one of a limited few who enjoys the ball at his feet. Andy84
Might be controversial but I’d 100% sell for the right fee. Help fund a rebuild with a starting keeper, striker and another winger. We have Bruno, Miley, Ramsey, Joelinton who can operate in there, plus if we’re moving towards a more of a double pivot system. How many games did he play at right back? 1? he's played 46 games this season, picked (and excelled) against the likes of Barcelona. It's a total nonsense to suggest he hasn't been maximised. he's 21 years old and has played over 100 games or us. If you don't think he's a left back (i disagree), thats a different argument but this Hall narrative seems to stem from the fact he was taken out of the team for 2 games (after poor performance). It's mental, IMO.

It's mental, IMO. My point was more about the ability of players not necessarily being maximised. Not just positionally but by our approach, style of play, set up etc. We have a few players who clearly have more ability than they are allowed to show - consistently not being maximised by our chase and hurry style of play where we'd rather fight to get the ball back than maintain it. Tonali has become a recovery player, chasing back 60 yards to get the ball, more about what he does off the ball than on it. To my point, I feel there is more to come from Hall, Ramsey, Nick, Tonali, should be adopt a more football-first mentality - that was my point. Just an opinion Let's sell them all. The Prophet Posted Wednesday at 10:54 Share Posted Wednesday at 10:54 I know it's Bailey so most likely nonsense, but it feels a certainty he'll end up back at Milan at some point.

KaKa Posted Wednesday at 11:03 Share Posted Wednesday at 11:03 The claim is that the fee will include passing up remaining money owed for Tonali himself and also Thiaw, along with a then lower amount paid in addition to that.

TheInfiniteOdyssey Posted Wednesday at 11:30 Share Posted Wednesday at 11:30 Genuinely amazed Graeme Bailey is still going. Proper throwback to the early 2010s ITK era. His hit-rate must be like 0.01%.

He also said they thought buying both Tonali and Hall would be too expensive as it would cost a combined 120-130m. Which makes it obviously horse shite, as that is nowhere near what it would cost. janpawel
Anyone want to see us sign a proper DM (Lamine Camara etc) And move him to the LCM spot? Joelinton getting older, Sandro has the speed and stamina to cover the left side like big Joe, I think he could get us some goals has a great shot on him and is a clever player. Feel like the flaws he has at DM would be hidden I remember when he first signed be played there and wasn't good, everyone including me was happy he was moved to DM. But think he needed an adjustment period + he knew he was going to get banned
