Even for Fab's standards, he's plugging Spurs confidence in landing Tonali at a ridiculous rate. Is he on fee per mention from his agent?

Will be - the guy makes his living from being the mouth piece for Clubs and Agents.  Clearly he's not on Newcastles pay role.

It reminds me of when we were in for Sesko. He was constantly Tweeting how confident we were of doing a deal, but we all knew what was going on.

fee per mention and probably a nice little bonus if the deal gets done.

Arsenal, Man City, even Man U i could get from an ambitious perspective. Spurs just looks like chasing the £££.

Then saying that, why are we shocked? A guy banned a year for betting to make money. I was less surprised when he shoved his light saber through Han Solo

He's just building the narrative so he make it a massive drama when he goes to City.

Looking at it from the bright side regarding Tonali and Spurs. It's actually good in a way from pure financial perspective. The biggest chance Spurs have of getting him is by starting with a very high bid. If they bid very high from the off it could mean that the others won't follow. If they still do then we might get even more.

It’s London and his lass is making the decision because she wants the bright lights and the Quayside just ain’t cutting it for her.

I suppose London does have a different appeal when you've got almost unlimited cash. For us mere mortals its a crime ridden expensive hole that doesnt really offer a lot  that couldnt be found in most cities
