dave s
it’s working. it’s allowing bruno to get around the box more when we move to attack, and he’s fucking class on the ball in tight spots in front of the defenders.. goals weren’t bad either like

McDog
He can also carry the ball through the midfield on occasion. Playing really well all around at the moment.

alexf
Really has grown and settled since his return. Especially since the Chelsea cup game and being played central of the three. Been our best player pretty much everytime he started there. Has a really high ceiling and is starting to stamp his impression on this team and look like a leader. Really chuffed he got the goals his performances have been deserving and hopefully a sign of more to come.
Kanj
Just love watching him operate. He’s a beast, he’s quick, he’s technically outstanding, first-time as often as possible, or quick touch and pass to move the ball on. He is decisive and speed of thought is up there. He wil continue to get better. We have our #6, our direct CM. We do not need to even think about signing a DM anymore because we have our all action CM/DM in Tonali. McDog
Having just learned the language in the last year, Sandro speaks English well enough. He isn't fluent but if I had to learn Italian in a year and conduct an interview in Italian broadcast to a load of people I am sure I couldn't do it. On a side note, my Grandmother was a native Italian speaker, always wished I would have had her teach me as a young man.
ElDiablo
He sets the tone of the side really well. Obviously I love the two Brazilians but they can be a touch off the cuff. Tonali calms us down and encourages a simple pass and move game which suits us a lot better. Edited 4 hours ago by ElDiablo

In stark contrast, my Grandmother was a native German speaker and I can't think of anything more frightening than having her teach me a foreign language, I'd have been in tears after 5 minutes. That's funny and I believe you. The woman who raised my grandfather after his mother died in childbirth and the father ran off, spoke nothing but German. She died in the 1940's but I am sure it would have terrified me also. German sounds so scary for some damn reason.

My Oma (Dutch Grandma) spoke German also. I got her to do my German homework. Needles to say I flunked my German O level!
