Moise Kean linked

Have really enjoyed watching him and Fiorentina this season.

Relying on them to win that European Conference League and embarrass Chelsea.

Moise Kean having a very good season so far. He's not going to start ahead of Isak though and he's not the kind of attacker that plays from out wide so I don't see the point of this one.

He's 25, not a youngster anymore that's going to be happy on the bench or with 15 games a season. Although I get the point of bringing in another striker to challenge Isak, especially if we have UCL football, that will be a tricky thing to do though, how do you convince a striker to sign knowing he'll basically never be first choice and rarely start league games. Spurs had the same issue for a long long time when Kane was there.

A couple of players from this list would do nicely before they make big moves.

I actually want Kobbie Mainoo; I know it is probably least priority position but this kid’s the real deal. Could be perfect time for fuck you to Man U as well.

Don’t know the lad’s game very well, but his stats and international pedigree speak volumes. And his favourite player bodes well: Obafemi Martins.

What does Mainoo excel at? Wouldn't be anywhere near value for money.

Top all rounder. Very much a Howe (well anybody probably…) kind of midfielder. Only going to get better. He has 10 England caps at 19. Not controversial to consider him an excellent player; obviously not everyone would want him here/or at least see him as a good use of funds now.

Would be okay with a Mainoo for Longstaff swap + 20m

The only role he'd fit for us is the right central midfield slot taken by Bruno imo. And he's nowhere near that level.

Maybe I've seen too much of him under Anorim but he hasn't stood out or impressed me in those games. On top of any fee being massive and his rumoured wage demands would make him our highest paid player.

To me it's an avoid like the plague.

For what we would potentially pay for Mainoo I’d rather buy Lamine Camara and Hayden Hackney

I’m liking Hackney from Boro for some squad depth next season.

He is very talented - if you want a replacement for Longstaff - he is perfect - can play 6 and 8

Mitch said the club's transfer policy sucks. (Not fit for purpose)

So, getting Dibling, Delap, Mbeumo, and Huijsen is a no-go, I reckon, based on what Mitch said.

It's about keeping our best players and adding talented high-potential guys at good prices.

Like, we got Hall for thirty-odd million, Bournemouth got Kerkez for fifteen.

We offered forty, fifty, sixty, or seventy million (whatever) for Guehi, Bournemouth got Huijsen for twelve-odd million and Zabarnyi for twenty-odd million. Man City got Khusanov for thirty-three million.

I hope we don't buy from the Premier League, but from the continent. Loads of talent there at decent prices. This summer's the time for Mitch to prove his words.

I’d agree that he’s a very good player, but we’re not flush with money and there are more pressing needs. Someone will probably get lucky though and scoop this kid up for a fraction of what he’s worth.

I suspect that one of the major problems that Amorim has brought on is that he seems to have pissed off two very promising youngsters in Mainoo and Garnacho.

Get him signed and stick two Andy  Cole sized fingers up at the wankers.
