NUFC Transfer Rumours

We were told by Wor Mandy in her very 1st interview that our aim is to be number 1 in 5 to 10 years. We are in year 4. So there is still time and a pragmatic approach is reasonable if you look back on those 4 years. I believe we are improving year on year in our revenue and success as a club. Because of this, I think they know what they doing and that number 1 will be achieved by year 10 imo, if you look at the trajectory of the club right now.

From a fan perspective it is frustrating but from a business point of view it makes absolutely perfect sense, and the proof is in the pudding. Our revenue keeps growing hence our brand keeps growing as well. So am sure they know what they are doing.

Memories of goldfish on here sadly

We really should be feeling the best about the club we've ever felt, or certainly since the Keegan years. If we are frustrated and annoyed now then we really don't have any chance to enjoy the experience of being a fan.

I know the experience of a football fan is basically constant disappointment, wanting more and being annoyed, but it's a bit much sometimes.

I like Elliot, he's very talented. I just begrudge giving Liverpool money 😂

Plus I cannot be arsed with the speculation that its a swap deal plus money for Isak, bore off.

She said that before they tightened all the rules on us. Need to add 10yrs minimum to that estimate.

Correct PSR and APT are probably gonna stick around somehow, even if Man City wins. The club needs to be smart, and we fans just gotta chill.

Elliot's price has probably gone up about 50% in the last week as well.

They wanted 40 before, surely now they want 50.

Too small, slow and weak for an Eddie Howe RW or CM role

If there is 1 player who done well at the Under 21's, it's Anderson

Hurt to see him break through this year and at the euros, although I think our slow pace hindered him. So much better than our bench options and a better option than Joe in some matches at this stage

Bailey saying we're in for Harvey Elliott.

If true I can only assume our scouts are on a watchlist and can’t travel abroad. He’s not even premier league proven.

It would make him 44 man. 4 dog years to every human year. I think...😆

You're calculating it wrong and doing it backwards just as a bonus.

Even if it was 4 dog years to every human year (it's not) then if he's 21 dog years, he'd be 21/4 = 5.25 human years.

Genuinely don't know how you managed to get to 44 based on what you've said

'The first year of a dog's life is equivalent to 15 human years, the second year as 9 human years, and each subsequent year as 5 human years' Granted its AI but it stands.  Makes him about 100. 😁

 hate this kind of smug twattery

It also defeats the point of a discussion. Like what's the point if everything boils down to "Well Eddie likes him so nothing else matters".

They have their own brain they can use, boring as hell if I'm honest. If this is the reaction to someone disagreeing with them then I question why they are posting on here to begin with.

Obviously being used by the club to put other clubs off the scent of our real targets.

Saw a post on SSN that Porto were looking to bid for Harwood-Bellis and the price mentioned was fairly cheap.

If we can overlook the stuff counting against him - double barrel surname and soon to be part of the Keane family, surely at a decent price he should be worth a punt

England international, right footed CB who is good in the air and much cheaper than Guehi.
