When the mitchell news broke of him leaving after barely being here for a year it shows something is not right at the club. 

Either the board back the director of football and the system to find young talent or let the manager decide who he buys. 

If for whatever reason howe ever left us we'd be fucked with no dof who helps in recruiting managers and our playing philosophy.
