That one could happen if Brentford get an offer they are happy with. I think that needs Liverpool to blink first and make the big Isak bid, as the club won’t overpay for Wissa unless the Isak fee justifies it. Listened to one of The Athletic Football Podcast last week and believe Ornstein said that if it's an obligation to buy then that has to be included in that current seasons PSR calculations. Example he used was Raya to Arsenal. There was no actual obligation in the contract, as Arsenal didn't have the PSR headroom.
