Apparently that's what Mitchell was referring to when he said our scouting wasn't "fit for purpose".

 

We were using YouTube to scout players, but we hadn't utilised the U11s, U12s and U13s market.

 

I assume that video alone was what convinced them to go ahead with this transfer.
