pubteam
Did he even have a medical before we signed him ?
mouldy_uk
Not another player that lasts about 3-5 games then explodes
Pilko
His recent fitness record at Leicester was fine (missed 5-6 games in 2 seasons), so we're either really unlucky or have a bunch of knackers in the medical/rehab department.
The Prophet
Sound like a regulation minor knock, bit extreme to correlate it to a freak broken foot.

Shak
In hindsight, we should PROBABLY have signed a RW instead.
Dokko
Selling ASM for him has to be one of the worst decisions we've made in a long time.

I don't think that was the real problem. It's more about how some players who join us goes from never injured to allways injured once they sign for us. It's not something you can predict, but surely it can't be pure coincidence at this point? Edited March 11, 2024 by Erikse

I've been down this path a fair few times as to why it's happened, but not today. I grt too much grief. ?

Judging from Botman’s injury being missed, i’m going to say the latter.

Weird how players with little injury history is now made of glass somehow after signing for us

Kind of alarming. Hope he is fine, obviously.

Because ASM had an immaculate fitness record right? He was literally the furthest thing from a Howe ball winger in pretty much every way. Sometimes something different is good. So many similar players now we can't change anything.

Something different is something different, but then theres players that are not suitable for certain play styles, ASM is the latter.

We probably wouldn't miss him if Barnes could stay fit.

CPL
We don't know too many things without a crystal ball, but I think we all know ASM would have missed at least 50% of the games if he was still here!
