JackieDoor
Fell asleep downstairs watching the match back and just been sick. Worth it.
54
Just had a skim of Villa's forum, found it interesting how they all think the ref was getting paid off, and giving us every decision under he sun. Where I was thinking the ref was terrible and gave them everything. Cognitive dissonance is real I guess
zooovs
I am almost sure that at first we were playing 4-2-3-1 when out of possession with big Joe behind Isak to press and not let them get out of their half easily which worked.

Cognitive dissonance is real I guess Cash could easily have been off for persistent fouling on Gordon, took about 6 tackles to get a yellow.

Cognitive dissonance is real I guess Can’t remember any decision of note the ref made that was controversial that went against them. Maybe the Luiz penalty claim but that was a half arsed appeal from him and he knew he wasn’t getting it. The Wilson goal Barnes looked offside. Shame they don’t show the lines anymore. arnonel
Weird one. On one hand it does feel like the scoreline flattered us, but on the other hand we seriously could have scored at least 3 more
Emotic
I forget - was the second goal Botman's first ever assist for us?
Nucasol
Just watched the Mings challenge, does look like he tries to step in the block Isak off the ball and lands it all wrong.

Wilson
Was in my new seat in the strawberry corner yesterday, absolutely buzzing to be back across there rather than where I was last season. Lively.

JackieDoor
What about that bit when local hero went off for about 5 seconds, people started singing it instead, was quite good.
Dr Venkman
A word on their fans, as well, who were woeful. Bit of noise at the start, bit more when they scored, complete silence after 2-1 until the end, pathetic. An absolutely impressive showing from Newcastle. One also had a very good point of tonali is playing well when the suns out but let’s see him play in the winter.
