The point is Livramento should have been starting weeks ago and hasn't been , we have lost points because of it so why play him now away to Arsenal in a game we have little chance in just makes no sense .

Because Burn is horribly out of form and him playing one of the best wingers in the league would be mental

I doubt Howe is going to hold it against Livramento if he has a hiccup against Arsenal man

Didn’t Pardew regularly do that with Ben Arfa?

Yep, we lose and it's "Would we have done worse with Burn in the side"

I mean Ben Arfa couldn't win, i remember one game he was on bench at start we conceded a bunch, brought on ben arfa who nearly turned the match around for us and then pardew blamed ben arfa who wasnt on the pitch when we conceded for the result in the post match

Just when you think Newcastle-Online couldn't descend further into self-parody, we're now preemptively slating Howe for *checks notes*... doing the thing we've all been asking for? No, no, that can't be right. That would be utterly insane...

[emoji38] Exactly. Screaming for Livramento to start for weeks, and when he does start, then bitching on he is starting in this one [emoji38]

That evil Eddie Howe throwing him under the bus on purpose. Why? Just to piss some random off on a football forum [emoji38]

You've every chance of winning this match. You're capable of beating good sides *raises eyebrow* and Arsenal aren't exactly an unstoppable points hoover.

Guessing you've not seen our record in this particular fixture?

77” After coming on as a sub 10 mins ago, Joe Willock cannot continue and we’re forced into a change.

90”+14 After pouring forward looking for the winner, our 10 men are hit on the counter after a Trippier slip leaves Martinelli with a tap in (0-1)
