Great schedule for us that, provided Sky don't rip it up. With Man Utd still penny pinching, Chelsea self harming, Liverpool with a new manager, Villa on the slide and UCL football to occupy them, we've got a great chance this season.

I said it before... this is the new 1995/96!
13 games into that season, we had won 11, drawn 1, lost 1.

From Wikipedia: An explosive start to the season saw Newcastle storm to the top of the Premier League table. Newcastle led the league for virtually all of the season from August until mid-March...

Having said that...

I would love it if we beat them (this time), love it

Do we play any of the teams in Europe directly after a European game?

Chelsea (A) 26/10 if they qualify for UConf League group matches - matchday 2 is 24/10

Cant get vexxed at that start whilst mindful of the extra bit of pressure on to win with it being statistically the best fixture especially whilst harbouring high hopes

No excuses for Howe now. Top 3 minimum expectation.

You know, it's got to the point where I don't know if this is satirical or not :lol:

Everton home and away scheduled for weekends is almost unheard of. Away no doubt will get moved to the Monday night.

According to NUFC.com it can't. International break after.

If you're in the Champions League, the festive period is going to be brutal:

November = 6 games

December = 8 games (If in League cup QF)

January = 8 Games (If in League Cup SF)

February = 8 Games (If in Champions League Play-off, League Cup SF and FA Cup 4th Round)

January looking likely, wish it was two better opponents for the mid month fixtures.

There’s a non-zero chance we’re in Northumberland for Xmas.
