Or just don't make a video featuring some fan giving useless advice.

To get an idea of those years in Milano (and also in the rest of Italy).... this photo is famous because it shows the murder of a policeman during a clash between far-left and far-right factions. The police arrived firing tear gas and the factions opened fire on them.

Check out Years of Lead on Wikipedia.

I'm reading a new book (while travelling round Italy on my summer holiday) by John Foot (professor of modern Italian history at Uni of Bristol) about the Brigate Rosse. Very interesting. I teach Liberal and Fascist Italy for A-Level but the course stops at 1946 and I'm too young (just) to remember anything about the years of lead in the news.

Also, we're not allowed on Wikipedia anymore unless we verify every biometric detail of our bodies down to our most recent bowel movements, lest we learn something about radical politics or the evils of neo-liberal capitalism.

Anyway, this lad signed yet?

There are incredible stories from those years, unfortunately the younger generations in Italy know nothing about them, and there's a risk that something like this could happen again in the future.

You can watch an interview with these two (with subtitles, it's from the early 1990s and they were in prison)... they started in the mid-1970s, at 18 years old, killing two political opponents, and from there they ended up in a spiral of violence that killed magistrates, police officers, and their own friends accused of treason.

Ahh the good old days, Brigate Rosse, Red army faction and our very own Angry Brigade.

We need time to come up with the excellent interview questions.

Content team ferociously typing into chatGPT “how to ask the same three things 10 times”.
