I teach Liberal and Fascist Italy for A-Level but the course stops at 1946 and I'm too young (just) to remember anything about the years of lead in the news. Also, we're not allowed on Wikipedia anymore unless we verify every biometric detail of our bodies down to our most recent bowel movements, lest we learn something about radical politics or the evils of neo-liberal capitalism. There are incredible stories from those years, unfortunately the younger generations in Italy know nothing about them, and there's a risk that something like this could happen again in the future.
