Bunk Moreland
Plettenberg: Eintracht Frankfurt have finally found a new striker. Younes Ebnoutalib is transferring from SV Elversberg to the Main River. Agreement reached in transfer negotiations! Furthermore, the club is planning to sign either Newcastle striker William Osula or Arnaud Kalimuendo from Nottingham Forest. https://sport.sky.de/fussball/artikel/eintracht-frankfurt-verpflichtet-younes-ebnoutalib-von-der-sv-elversberg-im-winter/13488067/35313
TRon
Thought Howe was quite positive on Osula, certainly doesn't seem keen to let him go permanently. Maybe a loan with a view to him coming back here was his suggestion. We were all whooping at getting £20m+ from Frankfurt, but where are you going to get a striker for that sort of money as a replacement? He's got his flaws for sure, but he's big, quick and a handful. Keep his registration unless we can use his cash to buy someone better at the right price IMO.

Bristol City would sell Sinclair Armstrong for under half of that, and he is both stronger and quicker than Osula, whilst being equally as erratic in front of goal. No idea who he Sinclair is, but if they'll sell him for under half of that, then he's probably shite.
Casey
If we want Woltemade & Wissa to play together, then this lad (or a striker via the window) will be required to cover. I don't mind him not going, but he needs playing time (once fit) if he is going to stay.

Vipotnik from Swansea, more Mitro than Isak in style but bags of potential and knows where the goal is

The College Dropout
20 minutes ago, Kanj said: Frankfurt the striker development club Surprised more clubs don’t prioritise position/area specific development. Lyon had a policy of developing attacking players. Benzema, HBA and co because they sold for the biggest amounts. That requires an attacking manager too. Brighton don’t tend to develop attacking players so well fo example. Their slower footballing style tends to favour GK, defenders and midfielders to be sold because they prove they can control a game and build from the back. The only proper attacking manager they’ve had is De Zerbi and he had Mitoma looking like a £70m wide attacker. They got good money for JP but he was never prolific.
