That goal still takes my breath away a bit every time I see it, with a bit of help from the commentary. Cup final apart, the only other one that does the same is the Bruno diving header v Leicester

That Bruno header still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.  Crackers what ends up burning into the memory banks

Aye same, probably the only time he's looked rapid

Why do people want him to leave?  He's a talent and actually has the tools to be good at everything.

How many players in the Premier League can score that goal against Man Utd? Not many.

Is it because we didn't sign him from a foreign team for big money, that people are non-plussed.

Has fuck all to do with "foreign team and big money". For me it's simply about lack of technical ability, composure and IQ. Still young so every chance that he will improve overall. I just don't ever see him become a top player because he lacks too much technically.

Couldn't disagree more.  His strike on his weaker foot, not many can do that, and was very composed.  His dribbling, speed and skill.  He's even pretty handy in the air.

And he likes to spend extra time on the training pitch working on his game. Very useful and only getting better.

I think we need two strikers in the summer - if we can do that without selling Osula I'd keep him, but if he needs to go to facilitate buying two I'd have to say sell.

If we get Europa/Conference League, I'd be keeping him around. We'll need depth and we're gonna have a huge amount of turnover this summer, keeping some guys who are content not being first pick every week will be useful

It’s similar to when some said that Willock’s passing is great because of one or two good assists (especially the one against spurs). I’m talking about his in general play which is everything but composed.

He definitely has all the physical attributes, no doubt about that. But let’s not kid ourselves that he is good technically and has good skill. What he has is trickery that comes off occasionally. Not sure how many times I’ve seen him making good runs and receiving the ball only for it to bounce off his shin/knee when he’s trying to bring it with him into the right path/line. I really like the guy though.

He's still raw yeh,  but he's been on the pitch for a measly 720 minutes and has 4 goals and one assist.

A goal contribution every 0.6 every game.  For a 22 year, is impressive.  Shouldn't be getting rid in any circumstances imo.

I just don’t think he’s good enough to get enough minutes for us next season to develop properly. If he starts many games next season then we are in trouble.

Especially when we are likely to sign another striker in the summer. Maybe, just a big maybe he can make it elsewhere if he gets enough minutes for say, a midtable Bundesliga club or similar. We need the money to strengthen properly, and he wouldn’t be a big loss at this very moment considering the rebuild we are likely to do.

I'm certain people were saying the same about Elliot Anderson and look at him now would walk into our team ahead of Tonali.

Would rather sell Woltemade and Wissa personally, as don't think they are ever going work in our team setup and should get more money for those two. But  I agree that Osula shouldn't be starting.  But he's a very good option to have off the bench, especially with his goal contributions in very few minutes.  And his attributes.

Yeah but Elliott has started for Nottingham for almost two seasons now, which has developed him enormously. I don’t think he would have become this good if he had stayed with us as I doubt he would have played even near as many minutes or had the same belief. Never mind the difference when it comes to pressure. Also, a massive difference is that Elliott has always had good technical ability.

Wissa (especially) and Woltemade haven’t been great signings so far. But it wouldn’t be very smart to sell them now like  Their value as it stands is very very low compared to what we paid for them. Yes we would get more money for them but at the same time we would have to write off a ton of money which isn’t ideal financially. Osula would be good profit. I imagine both Wissa and Woltemade has more to prove, hopefully…

Financially it’s lose to impossible to sell both Woltemade and Wissa and bring in a new striker this summer. Might as well just replace Howe and get a new head coach

Big chance for him today. He really needs to at least look like a capable central striker, which basically hasn’t happened in any of his PL starts.

We’ve seen what he’s capable of as a sub (albeit often from wide), time to do that from the start.

The bar is so low for me with our strikers at the minute, that I just want him to press, win some duels/aerials, hold the ball up, and bring others into play. Not even arsed about him scoring
