Kid Icarus
Pope Trippier - Schär - Albert - José Enrique Peacock - Lee - Beardsley Ben Arfa - Ferdinand - Ginola Subs: Tommy Wright, Beye, Venison, Solano, David Kelly, Micky Quinn.
Coffee_Johnny
Which Peacock @Kid Icarus? Edit: Well guess it is Gavin. Always thought of him as a striker but played midfield as well. Edited August 5 by Coffee_Johnny
midds
Can't believe people are leaving Shearer out. I get it's down to favourites but, fuck...
TheBrownBottle
I'm going 3-4-1-2 so that I can maximize the attacking talent (with apologies to Trippier) - and I'm going for the modern rules re nine subs on the bench: Pope Woodgate Botman Albert Solano Lee Bruno Robert Beardsley Shearer Isak Bench: Given Trippier Schar Elliott Gascoigne Batty Ginola HBA Wilson Edited August 6 by TheBrownBottle

Lines are there for a reason. 9 minutes ago, midds said: Smashed in 200+ for us Still worhsipped him like but I think as we’d already had Cole (who’d be second choice even if he is a cunt) and Sir Les I was blasé about having class strikers and I never had as much of an attachment. My sidestep into preferring cult players had also probably begun.

He seemed to truly enjoy scoring against us - the one that sticks in the craw is the one in '95 which effectively cost us a European spot. Cole is a complete cunt, mind. Any residual sentiments for that man died watching the '96 Cup Final.

Yorkie
Given Trippier Schär Coloccini Enrique Ben Arfa Bruno Joelinton Ritchie Shearer Martins Carroll might've taken the spot alongside Shearer had he not returned as an oil tanker. I know Martins went quite wrong but I adored him. Surprised about the number of shouts for Beye. Not cos he wasn't good, but Tripps...
Coffee_Johnny
24 teams. Fabian Schär appears in 17 (71%) of them. Bargain of the century.
wmot
Gascoigne, Beardsley and Cole. Can't be arsed with the rest. That should be enough.
timeEd32
Given Trippier Albert Schar Bruno Ben Arfa Ginola Robert Solano Isak Shearer Manager: Keegan Bench: Pope, Woodgate, W. Barton, Lee, Cabaye, Speed, Beardsley, Les, Bellamy Bruno would die trying to support that midfield
tinoasprilla
Given, Trippier, Enrique, Schar, Albert! Bruno, Gazza, Waddle, Ginola, Tino, Isak. Subs Srniczek, Woodgate, Venison, Lee, Beardsley, Ben Arfa, Ferdinand or Oole. Unpopular opinion thought we regressed with Shearer building a team around one player

Robert for Ritchie and Cisse for Martins (just) and that’s mine, probably. Rondon, Ba and Solano are unlucky to miss out.
