Surprised at the confidence of some in here, our away form is awful would snap your hands off for a point right now

It's not just us. City have lost 4 away games in a row.

If we lose tomorrow, Forest will be a point behind them.

Crazy.

Think this is a type of game that suits Eddie perfectly.

Nottingham are a team on fire and are going to attack. We just have to sit back, be solid and go for the counterattacks.

Can easily see us winning this, but could go either way really.

The way they’ve played all season says otherwise.

Be nice to see us score first in an away game. Feel like we always have to chase.

Given the way Forest play, first goal is key, if we score first it'll mean they'll need to step out, which will suit us more.

It won't be an easy game and our away form doesn't help. However, the game against Arsenal was the first time I've felt we were close to our 22-23 levels, and also the first game this season that Isak really clicked (and I'm not just talking about his goal).

Forest actually have a fairly average home record despite their lofty position.

Anything can happen of course, but I'm more confident ahead of tomorrow than I've been for some weeks.

My worry is us just going with the same XI and tactics. Forest will play a totally different game and it won’t work.

I’m not saying Howe will do that. But I don’t think the same team will work well against them.

They will kill us on the counter if we play with our usual away performances.

I wasn’t even referencing our usual bad away performances. But I agree.

It was more based on the last 2 games where everyone seems to think we have stumbled upon a winning formula.

We had about 30-35% possession at home against two teams that want loads of the ball, slow build up play and opportunities for us to press and counter. Two clubs that are bigger than NUFC.

I don’t think tomorrow’s game will be remotely similar and the same setup and possibly the same XI will not be anywhere near as effective.

Tomorrow will be a different test than the last two.

Eddie have always got us to play good against better teams. No discredit to Nottingham, but it will be a completely different match. We simply is no good having the ball and breaking down a low block.

Going to be interesting to see how we approach this game.

Just made the mistake of looking at the table ahead of tomorrow's game and got a bit carried away with where we could jump to if we win tomorrow, given one of Chelsea or Arsenal will be dropping points.

8th?

Its another away game, and another watch to see if we have turned a corner. Been saying the same thing for ages now, lets hope we can put in a solid away performance.

There’s a good chance the game will be too big for Anderson tomorrow. I’ve no doubt he’s going to score most is at some point, but not tomorrow!
