Collage
I put Bruno in top 4 but I actually don't know. He was fantastic when he came here but we haven't seen that form for some time.
Ronaldo
Weirdly his best football by far was all in that first 9 months. Edited December 8 by Ronaldo

Mbuemo gave him a really hard game yesterday and it didn't look like Hall had any answers. I think there's more of a case for Bruno, Tonali or Gordon being there. Hall was targeted by Liverpool too and made mistakes resulting in goals conceded. Teams target our LB on a regular basis. He's a young lad with lots of scope to improve, but right now he's a long way short of 'top four'

Conjo
I think Gordon is a smart player who understands when to press, when/where to make runs and timing them well. For me it's his dribbling and consistency of good quality passing that lets him down. When him and the team has managed to create a 1v1 against a defender for him the next move is usually a backwards pass or losing possession.

Unless you mean in the very long term, I guess.

I think last year the two players of yours I would want to sign would have been Gordon and Bruno. This year I’d say Hall and probably either Tino or Isak. Partly position necessity, partly homegrown, but Hall is so talented, has so much time to learn and is perfect for us. Be interested to see which two you’d want of ours. You've not been watching us too closely if you'd want Tino. I think he has been really up and down this season. Crap going forward, terrific at the back for the most part. But seems a bit sleepy and slow to react to things the last few games. Van De Ven, for sure. Some much needed pace to our backline. But he is often injured and I believe always a hamstring injury. Not sure why that matters in this purely hypothetical situation Then possibly Brennan Johnson to play right wing. Necessity and the fact he gets goals and assists. I'd take any of your midfielders. Sarr, Bissouma, Kulusevski, Bentancur, Maddison. We'll have most your team, please

Eg I think Barnes can be a top 4 impact sub, an upper mid-table starter with good cover behind him, lower mid-table without. Half of them fit into future potential as well. My best attempt: Top 4: Isak Bruno Top 6: Botman (potentially top 4) Gordon (potentially top 4) Joelinton Barnes (top 4 impact, top 10 starter, I split the difference) Top 10: Hall (strong potential for top 4) Pope Willock (would be top 6 without fitness problems) Tonali (potentially top 4 but we're yet to see it here) Livramento (potentially top 4) Top 20: Schar (age only) Burn (age only) Trippier (age and circumstances) Longstaff Wilson (age and injuries) Kelly Murphy Targett (depends on injuries) Krafth Lascelles Below 20: Almiron Dubravka Future Prospects: Miley Unknown: Osula Future Prospects and Unknown aside I'd categorise top 20 onwards as not good enough or as useful squad players going forward. I'd agree with pretty much all of this.

One or more of those "must keeps" has to go at some point if the club is to develop.
500bhp
Isak can play for any top 4 side. Botman as well if he can regain his pre injury form. Nobody else would be a first choice starter at Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea.
buzz
Top four: Isak, Bruno Top six: Gordon, Botman Top ten: Tonali, Hall, Schar, Joelinton, Pope, Livramento Not good enough: Almiron, Dubravka, Osula (at present) Hard to factor in Wilson anywhere.

It was the fact that he’s young and English, and Ange still seems a bit wary of Djed Spence. Fair enough though, maybe it’s Hall and Isak or Gordon.
