Ipswich Town 0-4 Newcastle United - 21/12/24

Good win this, take it into a big home game and beat Villa, and get the board thinking we can make a transfer early in January and get momentum going with cup games to come.

Mood can change quick and momentum is key in football.

Miley looks massive compared to last season

Howe was saying a few weeks back he's been working on his strength in the gym, and he was blown away by it.

Decent having Miley back on, feel sorry for Osula though. Isak hat trick, 4-0 up, and we're playing without a recognised striker.

Not for the first time he’s chose to play without a striker rather then play him. Last three games will could have really got some minutes under his  belt.

I've not seen dedication to providing defensive cover from a toon player as much as I've seen it from Sandro. He's nearly always there whether it's midfield CB or LB he's covering.

Howe had tracked him for some time and when questioned came across as if it was very much his signing!

Actions speak louder than words though and he said about us not having a striker when the poor lad was sat available in bench. Nit picking after today I know but it just baffles me.
