Birmingham City 2-3 Newcastle United [FACR4] (08/02/25)

Nowt wrong with that from Miley. Every right to go for it and it was a split second thing.

Very passive here. Targett and Tino in particular look indecisive and stand off’ish. Longstaff really needs to find a good half hour from somewhere. Back to back starts against lower league and he looks woeful.

Fingers crossed Burn’s injury is minor and Botman is back for City.

Geez, didn’t look this serious at first

Don’t like seeing anyone injured but at the same time hard to feel sorry for them the way they’ve tried to kick osula to shit in the first half. I’m actually really glad isak wasn’t on

Lad is hurt it seems. I'm used to players rolling around on the floor then running full sprint one minute later.

Players who are genuinely hurt rarely roll around. It's usually a telling sign.

Miley breaking the lad’s leg has at least allowed Eddie some in game coaching time. Lots of communication with several players.

Yeah, I would say though Miley did nothing wrong there. As much as he hope he is alright they are sliding around like maniacs closing down and someone was going to get injured.

Thing is. Those sort of tackles have pretty much gone from the elite games. And to avoid exactly what has happened here.

Stay on your feet. Simple.
