That’s without the money given to Champions League entrants this year. On top of this, there is a £5.4m gap between 3rd place and 5th. The need to finish in the top 5 this year is absolutely massive for us, add in the Champions League merit payments and sponsorships, we could be looking at receiving the funding for another Tonali like player.
