Can I ask that we don’t post tweets that include shit like “progress expected this week”. It’s absolutely meaningless content, it’s not even content. It’s just wankers trying to make money

This is it.

We need an updated David Mitchell sketch like the one mocking sky sports but for 2025 transfer windows

"It's all here and it's all transfers, money is being sent around, money is being withheld, offers are being made, discussions of offers are being made, discussions of offers not being made are being made, players are deciding where they want to go.. and where they don't"

Watch the player he's going to mooove.. watch him watch him watch the player

Etc etc

Can’t stand Jacobs dating back to the takeover. He’s a lying fucking weasel, wouldn’t trust the cunt as far as I could spit.

Ironically my spitting distance would vastly increase if there was a remote possibility that it would land on that cunt.

Yoane Wissa, who scored 19 goals for Brentford last season, became the top target but the Bees, fresh from selling Bryan Mbeumo, won’t sanction his departure unless they bring in a Premier League-ready replacement.

Of that there are “no guarantees”, The i Paper has been told.

Indeed, it can be revealed that Brentford’s stance on Wissa remains unchanged, despite claims over the weekend that they were becoming more open to selling the forward.

Newcastle value Wissa at £30m and a deal could still be done, but time is ebbing away on that one.

I can't blame Brentford at all.

They've lost a leading striker, a key central midfielder, starting goalkeeper, and their head coach. Wissa leaving is another blow to continuity. I'm not sure who they're going to get though.

This is kind of the problem with how the transfer window has played out. Every club's done their business in the middle of the high street. Any player that Brentford want is going to have a tax on because they know 30-40m is waiting for them.

“Players will be moving clubs several times and in various combinations. Fees like £16.8m and undisclosed, that have been paid in previous years. Stockport County have signed a striker to a contract that’s already being described as long-term! Chelsea have spent £684tn, putting them at the top of our transfer tree for this year, and indeed of most!

Who is it then? [emoji38]

Highland Geordie. A twitter “ITK” who is sometimes right about some stuff.

Bucket of salt as usual but thought it was interesting that it lined up with Mr Puppets
