AyeDubbleYoo
In isolation it looks alright, just find it insulting that they touch anything about our history.

Darth Crooks
In isolation it looks alright, just find it insulting that they touch anything about our history. This is it. Same when they brought out the hoop kit again and had pavel is a Geordie and all the rest of it. It’s cynical as fuck.

bigfella
"Ha'way" ffs, more piss taking. That's from a photo of our fans at the '75 league cup final. I would use "howay" myself, but both spellings have been used over the years by Newcastle supporters. It's dialect after all, therefore no "official" spelling. AyeDubbleYoo
I always wrote haway until people on here mentioned it. I’m only from NE9, not that far south.

Wilson
I think it's even more offensive than when they did nothing TBH. Putting up historic quotes and photos, bringing out kits influenced by the past, pretending anyone actually gives a fuck. It's repellent. This. Throw some history at the drones that'll keep them happy. Look back at a time when you had a club to be proud of, don't mind me shitting on you while you reminisce. Fuck off. ToonTastic
Common knowledge that it's the mackem way of spelling it like, they have it on their seats. Only in modern times. I have a late 80s early 90s scarf which also has Haway on it.
Stifler
Yeah, we used to use howay and haway until a team down the road decided to use one of them as well.
