Gerard also got clapped when they battered us 6-0 in 2013. Distinctly remember cos my dad was absolutely raging. I think that was also a dig at our players who’d been horrendous. think Crouch got clapped on or off after a good England performance ? Feels like a long time since I’ve seen a goal clapped I remember a Fulham goal by Gordon Davies, then being managed by MacDonald, being clapped at SJP. Ended 1-4 - they were superb that day.
