As I've been saying, these decisions are how I will gauge how invested they are. If this is kicked into the long grass as the training ground appears to be will tell me all I need to know.

Well IF this were to happen the point would be clear. A return on investment for them. As a fan base we get no say we are customers and the most loyal customers in the world to boot.

didn’t know that one of my lads plays for Whitley bay at fox hunters so we look at it every weekend and have always called it the San Siro.

No idea, tbf. Was having a convo with her rellies (strewth, mate, I've gone all Ozzie) last week. They live close by and their kids went there. 

They were on about where all the students were going to have to go instead but I'd switched off by then.

Monkseaton High is officially closing in 2026. Really poor internal design for teaching kids in apparently, only at 50% pupil capacity and losing a shitload of money

I went to the old Monkey High. Left in 99/2000. Me mother still lives a stones throw away. Great times when I think back. The problem with Monkseaton and Whitley Bay is that all the council houses were sold off and now its mainly older people living there who've had their kids. Just not enough younguns coming through.
