Anything on a retail park or random piece of waste ground out of town, basically. Whatever the Ricoh arena is now called. Fucking awful. Next, Tesco’s, all that shite. A good day of consumerism for the whole family. Absolute wank.

That's how I know a retail park is not the way to go Even though I was able to walk rather than use the park and ride, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Although TBF there's a load of modern housing near there now, IIRC. Oxford is quite similar although had the interest of a missing stand at one end. I was there when they knocked us out of the cup with Mitro missing multiple sitters. I used to go to Maidenhead Utd which is alright for non-league. Bromley is my all-time favourite though, Dulwich Hamlet being a bit too hipster to have the real non-league charm. I really enjoyed that big lounge at Bromley when we went. Perhaps a bit too much as we ended up watching very little of the game and sitting in there for most of it.

Only been in a couple of times because I’m more a pre-match tea and Twix person. Haven’t been since they finished the new stand but the plans were pretty impressive. Think they’ve replaced the artificial pitch with grass as well now.

Superior Acuña
If I had a ST I’d move to Strawberry Corner standing in a heartbeat but don’t think I’d move up to L7. Shame it’s not by pitch but understand why it’s there.

What is their main shopping street? Serious question here as I haven't got a clue I know they've got the Bridges but Eldon Square is nearer to SJP than the Bridges is to the SoL. Nobody
Is safe standing just a 1-to-1 replacement for seated fans or can you squeeze in a few more in the standing sections?

Dire location though, similar to Southampton. I’m no fan of Southampton as a place, club, or people but it’s only a 15-20 min walk from the city centre and a 10 min walk from pubs bit of the city to St Mary’s. If you want true grim akin to Reading then Donny is up there. Obviously St Mary’s is a soulless hellhole in keeping with the city, club and people. Atmosphere is usually way better in those areas and you don’t knack your shins jumping up and down/being sat next to a fat cunt. Does feel incredibly odd standing in L7 as a home fan though especially if you’re in a block near the next one where everyone is sitting down.
