toontownman
Good news really, Sibbers wants first team football we cannot afford to give him any. He would have been the equivalent back up of Lee Clark two seasons ago. He isnt good enough for where we want to be, but would have sat in the squad until we were stupidly short. Fair play to him for not wanting to sit and pick up the pay check. He always gave his all for us and scored some important goals. He came as a joke, but leaves in good graces, hes no Ketsbia but he ican proudly feel he is the second best cult hero, bald player weve had!

nufcjmc
Good. Should never have been signed anyway. He did well for us in the main but we need much better. at the time we all saw it as a panic buy didnt we? he played well which made it more easy to swallow getting an old squad type player but doesn't mean I would be quick to offer the guy a long term contract. hindisghttastic so who would have scored the goals sib did this year? Guest Alan Shearer 9
Good. Should never have been signed anyway. LoveItIfWeBeatU
And some people thinks he has done good job for us Hilarious An amusing quote from a recent BBC article "Where it went wrong for Pearce" where they hype up Sibierski: - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/6445093.stm "However, another summer departure, Antoine Sibierski, enjoyed a highly successful season after joining Newcastle on transfer deadline day in August 2006. Sibierski scored eight goals for the Magpies and formed an excellent partnership with Obafemi Martins, who flourished alongside the Frenchman." I'd have been annoyed if he'd got a 2 year contract and not happy if he'd got a 1 year contract. I'm sure Allardyce can find a replacement for him that's a lot better and if not it gives Carroll a chance.

When Roeder shit himself realising he had pissed away the transfer window looking at Kuyt, how does that change the fact we should have signed someone better? so we should have signed someone better, but we didn't so we got Sib, but now we're glad he's going because he should never have been here? Even though if he wasn't here no-one else would have been? how does that work? Just accept he did a job for the club, if we could have got someone better and didn't, that's hardly his fault is it? NUFC06
Good. Should never have been signed anyway. He did well for us in the main but we need much better. hindisghttastic so who would have scored the goals sib did this year? the almighty 8 goals that Antoine Sibierski scored for us in his 39 appearances this season Well Steven Taylor, our CB scored 4 goals this season which is 50% of wor Sibierski goalscoring ratio. So i think someone like Steven Claridge would have done even better job then wor Sib
Cajun
No its not his fault and he did do better than expected (as I said before) but we still should have signed someone better.
Guest Petay
I'm assuming he's on low wages and if that was so I would have liked him for one more year. I remember the job he did making Terry at every dead ball situation against Chelsea, better than anyone of our defenders could have done. Good luck to him. Robster
Didnt come across like a whinging prima donna like most of them so for that he deserves our good wishes Best of Luck Sib.
Guest Magic
Le Sib playing contract hardball. f****** hilarious. Glad he's going, in my opinion he's just simply not good enough. Still, always gave 100% so fair play to him for that. Perhaps Man Ctiy should take a look at him; his family are there and they need some goals... Guest Alan Shearer 9
If there was ever a case of a player being bigger than the club, this is it. Wanted by all the top club's in Europe, we are simply beneath Sibierski not only as a footballer, but as a man.

Thats some good change management, that.
