There's holes all over the squad. Yep, lose one of Bruno, Tonali or Joelinton and the drop off is huge. However, lose Isak and the drop off is even bigger. Lose Murphy (can't believe I've typing this) and the drop off is huge. Lose Schar and the drop off is huge. The club will know this. Selling your 4th best midfielder isn't the answer to fixing any of those issues, unless we sell him for £50m+ which really isn't happening.

I feel like Bruno G has never been rested for a full game he’s been fit for the entirety of the time he’s been here. (I’m personally happy to start Pope and have Dubs on the bench bur whatever). I think we can get away with a 10/striker hybrid Cunha/JP/Alvarez mould, RW, CB. Play with 1 less CM at points.

You've ignored every point or question I've asked. Never the less I agree the midfield needs fixing to a wider extent, and I anticipate this will be addressed. I doubt Longstaff has any future with us and Willocks future is also in question imo. That will raise funds and allow us to streamline the squad.

I also think if Miley left, we'd get a new CM, and also think one of Longstaff or Willock will go with them being replaced as well.
