Eddie Howe - Nominated for Manager of the Season

My manager! Saw Hodgson was awarded last year for managing 1250 games. Brucey’s trophy must have got lost in the post. -
The last thing Man Utd need is a player with questionable character on massive wages. Yes he’s talented, but one of their biggest issues seems to be the mentality within the squad.

How will likely be our PL era manager who’s managed the most games by the end of next season. Class. I know it’s been said before but he achieved unprecedented things at Bournemouth and now here. Some boy. -

All the drama aside, its canny funny that Eddie came out from a serious illness suggesting he needs to manage his obsessiveness towards work for his own health. Is now Coach and Sporting director -

Didn't listen to it myself, but Hope apparently said the recruitment plans will revert to Howe, Nickson and Andy. Also, the CEO appointment should make progress over the summer and the announcement of the stadium move is imminent. -
Howe did great with the transfers in when there was no sporting director.IMO we don't need one ,just a good chief scout with a good network.

Complications with AIDS I believe

The Garcia stuff is odd. I don't think it's agent noise because the main outlets, including Fab, keep pushing the Barca move. Only two sources have really reported it, one a local Espanyol journo and another chap who usually focuses on lower league transfers, but both have been really bullish about our chances. I wonder if we've lined it up as a potential back-up in case the Trafford move falls through.

Very high in the forum lore this one. Incredible stuff.

I think it's alot simpler than that. Mitchell isn't one man scouring the world for talent. Look back to last summer when the press were telling us there was massive disharmony in the club. It's that. -
This is what worries me. As much as Mitchell acted the dickhead with how he handled things he was right about being cost effective. Guehi is a mental signing. He's a decent center back and we almost paid 60 mil for him. Theres a million center backs who'd have within 5% of his impact for half the price or less. Teams around us have signed better for far less. Why would we keep Willock. If he got back to peak form he's still an injury prone player without the technical ability to bring us up a level. A RW, a CB, and 8/10, and a versatile forward are needed. Young squad players would be good. For that we'd want to be finding the absolute best value and reserving the 50-70 mil fee for a player who is going to be indispensable and near guarantee an extra 3-5 losses into draws/draws into wins. Right now Mbuemo is the only player it seems justified on. And those lads you mentioned need to upgraded if possible, downgrades off the bench when we need changes.

Aye it absolutely reeks that one. No chance imo
-
NGL, signing Mbeumo early doors would chill me the fuck out for the rest of window.
-
Mbeumo is coming to us, its written in the stars. Man Utd can be as interested as they want, aint happening.

When he was at Portsmouth, Edwards had created a database of prospective players and their profiles in a CD. Harry Redknapp complained he was not able to get it to work. Turns out Harry was using the audio CD player in his car to try to get player information.

They will be when they need to sack Sharon from the canteen and Eric from cleaning but they won’t be when they need to spend £65m on a player. It’s a riddle
