Even if that's true. The manager isn't the club, he's not deciding how much they sell players for or even if they do sell players. Especially at a club like Brighton. Hell get told who's going and who's coming and have to deal with it. That's how they make it work there and Brentford as well.
-
Well yeah him and van hecke were fighting and he has falling out with the manager.
-
It has that feeling about it this transfer lark doesn't it. That we are gonna be left with no options after the big clubs scavenge for the players we are after. Bring Graham Carr back with his contract expiring knowledge and pick up some foreign talent.

Garden needs weeding
-
Surely Pedro wouldn't be that dear I mean his manager wants shot of him.
-
Today I learned (well re-learned, I was at the first leg age 7) that we played both legs against Monaco in 97 without Ferdinand and Shearer.... I'd been wondering if we should've gone further. Also learned I saw Henry play for Monaco. And also that UEFA's website is sloppy, cos it has Keegan down as our manager when it was in fact Kenny.

Don’t see the transfer of Joao Pedro happening tbh. Having said that, it’s definitely a transfer I could get behind. He has genuine top quality/massive potential. At least with him I can see a player growing to a VERY high calibre player. Players such as Elanga leave a lot to be desired for me personally. Don’t want limited players that lack essentials to make it to the very top department. Also, I know they’re not the same, just thought I’d mentioned one name we’ve been linked with for big money. Pedro is so versatile too. Pedro as the withdrawn striker with Isak and Bruno and Tonali in a double pivot is something we could play and that to me sounds mouthwatering tbh. Add someone like Akliouche to the right hand side and we already look better as a team in many ways. And a Guehi or similar. That would cost more than 5 quid though.
-
club/regime's fault for not already having his and Eales's replacements lined up in time for the window imo
-
It's like my stock buying strategy. Buy High, Sell Low.
-
The main thing that puts me off Pedro is how much Brighton will want and partly the fact we could've already had him here for far less. They quoted £90M for Mitoma a few weeks ago. They'll want close to that for Pedro. Not worth it at all.
-
We did, I still try and fool my friends with it every transfer window.
-
Didn’t we get a Romano here we go on Pedro before he moved to Brighton? May be making that up
-
Can’t wait for the Ronny Gill story later. “Newcastle’s major Isak concern as Joao Pedro truth revealed”
-
Because I really don't think they'll put up a struggle. (You bloody took your time falling in to that )
-
Was actually looking on their forum but couldn't find anything about what they think. More than happy to listen if you can show me?
-
162 appearances 61 goals. So pretty much 1 in 3. Thanks for coming.
-
Not being a dick, genuinely wondering why you think not ?
-
Fortunately for us our scouting is a bit more sophisticated than only looking at G/A for a player.

5 were pens and yes it's poor. Look at what Brighton fans said of him
