I think the problem is the acoustics rather than any lack of noise. I'm not so sure, been some times when sound has been cracking from up there, West Brom is a good example but plenty more when the noise is as loud everywhere else in the stadium. That's not the point though the point is the club is pissing around it's fans, plain and simple.

I might agree if it wasn't Willie McKay. I know what you mean mate, it always seems crazy to me that YouTube can get away with hosting large amounts of copyrighted material and making advertising money off it while people who just link to it can be threatened with action. But at the same time this is a brilliant forum and if the people in charge believe this is a step worth taking to protect it then I don't think it's a great loss. If a club wants to stay financially stable the simple answer is contract clauses. Clauses for going up, down, top half table, bottom half and Europe. Club then knows it's costs regardless of where it is in the league. Clubs have made excuses of player wages for too long.
