  1. You've added "NO MITRO" to "MITRO COMES ON". It makes no sense.
  2. Curry and chips mate. Does anyone not still living in the 80s still use the word "Chinky"?
  3. If Rafa gets his way i can't see that not being the case tbh. The mere fact he wanted a CM and winger in January means he knows we need both, plus it's obvious to pretty much everyone we don't have a 10 fit for purpose. Probably worth giving One Lung another punt tbh. Aye, into the Tyne. Why has he only played half of PSV's games? Injured?
  4. He's obviously a very good player but personally I would rather sign an experienced player to develop our own lads than give experience to a Chelsea youngster. But we can't buy 8 new players, we're gonna have to loan some too. Zouma would be a great choice, then spend some money on some creative players.
  5. Realistic? The same Trippier who is currently being offered a new contract and is likely to play instead of Walker next season?
  6. I guess I'm on the wrong track. They deserve the money that Chelsea or Man U can pay, so we should pay everyone an extra 50K-100K per week.Start paying the youth team 20Kpw. Maybe it will all work out. Or if we can't, then just sell everybody who's any good to somebody who can afford to pay them "the market rate". I'm serious. Maybe there's something I'm missing and you're all seeing. I'm programmed to believe that you build a club sustainably, paying wages that reflect your revenue. We also have a new stadium to pay for, and I'm too tired and old to work out the intricacies of how that impacts our costs and bottom line. We pay the extra, what. 100M or so each year to bring us closer to "market rate". What happens next? Genuine question. What happens next? You win the league, win the champions league, your fanbase goes up, your income goes up. I don't disagree with a lot of what you're saying, but if one team is offering £60k a week and the other £120k a week, which would a player with a fairly short career join?
  7. CB: Shawcross, Yoshida, Maguire LB: Gibbs RB: Jenkinson, Naughton CM: McArthur, Morrison LW: Sako RW: Mirallas, Lennon CAM: Barkley? CF: Gray, Hernandez, Ulloa Keane from burnley could be a shout Linked with the "big" clubs isn't he? He'll end up at Liverpool.
  8. People assuming Gayle will stay fit all season? We'll buy a new first choice striker with Gayle being backup. Whether we keep mitro will be based on whether someone offers decent money for him.

The stat's back up what I was watching, he had a good game and I didn't see anything from him that made me think playing in the championship was his level. I disagree. I thought he was poor 1st half and improved marginally 2nd half. Gained confidence after his goal. You're a negative fucker aren't you. Coming from me that should tell you something.
  10. I'd happily swap Celtic with Sunderland tbh. Although that gives Sunderland chance of winning games, so maybe not.
  11. 3rd or 4th choice hopefully not needing to come on. Mitro in the Premiership is also a piss poor option. You guys must love to see him waste chance after chance. He shouldn't have been put in the position as first choice striker but his misses are one of the reasons we got relegated in the first place. I'd rather play Sammy up front than Murphy.
  12. Add the fact that we start a good 19 points down by having colback play.
  13. Gayle scored a class one against Reading at home Townsend last season too
  14. Well he's 30 times better than Murphy, whilst still being shit.
