Mate, the last thing I want to do is get into a slanging match, but have you watched much football this year? Everton are currently in fifth and looking closer than anyone to breaking the big four dominance. Spurs might want to concentrate on cracking the top half of the table before they look at the big four, and until last Sunday, a lot of people here were worried about relegation. Very difficult to gauge a "big club" argument, but it certainly doesn't go on one league table. I'm not saying Newcastle are by the way, but judging the club on this season alone is daft. New owner, plenty of money, Keegan back - I bet there are a few fans out there who would be happy with our future. I think Villa and Newcastle are very similar at the moment - we're just a year behind you in terms of manager, but we'll overtake you soon enough

Liverpool by far out-sang the Arsenal fans. That's coming from the biggest Liverpool hater on here.

Agreed, but not for £16m. Man United signed Ronaldo for £12m. I'm pretty sure we could get much better value by looking abroad.

Me too, and I still think it was. Though he shouldn't have been replaced with the Sottish wanker. I suppose the mistake was the replacement, which I said from the start was an awful move (hardly difficult to predict ). I feel vindicated then. Gejon and I thought Faye would make a good signing (the Faye)

I thought Luque was going to be superb for us. I thought that moving on from Bobby Robson was the best thing for the club (despite how much I love the guy). I thought Keegan would get us relegated. I thought Paul Kitson was brilliant

In what way? Malbranque had too much time and space on the ball, but then he put in a brilliant cross and Bent's finish was outstanding. In the way that the full back should have closed the cross down. No fault of Faye's though - Bent's header was superb.

People used to call Joe Cole a show pony; basically because he'd do stupid tricks in the middle of the park which didn't create anything. Then he worked out that he actually needs to get some goals and assists. Robert has never been a show pony.
