Should be skinned alive for that, he's fucking tragic. Never want to even look at the sackless cunt ever again, let alone watch him pull on a black and white shirt. Should never have been anywhere close to the XI, he's fucking appalling

Snorter from Gray to win it

Won't happen, he's part of the furniture down there atm

The pricks on Soccer Saturday were the same today. They were adamant that Newcastle had been rubbish at the back for ages yet the self same cunts were sitting in exactly the same seats arguing Bruce has been doing a great job for the last 2 years. How in the holy fuck can you reconcile those 2 points of view??

We're only now seeing just how bad the situation is. The organised, disciplined defence he inherited, the morale and motivation was always going to carry Bruce a certain distance, it was inevitable that the regression of the squad wouldn't start immediately and he managed to spin it out for a year or so. It's blatantly obvious now though that any semblance of fitness, organisation and motivation disappeared some months ago and its going to take time to get back to par. All the pundits who preached at the great job Bruce was doing were FUCKING WRONG. We knew it but they wouldn't listen. We knew it wasn't sustainable, we saw the signs but they willfully fucking ignored it. It's going to take time and a shitload of money to solve this and I honestly don't know where we'll finish. All I do know is that Howe needs to clean up Bruce's shithouse mess before he can start to put things right. It's not a free pass but it's a hell of a job he's got on his hands, not quite sure enough people realise it.

He's walked into a shambles and although I'm not keen on seeing the type of football we saw today he's got such little quality in the squad he's left with few other options. I'd absolutely love to see us go toe to toe away to arsenal and match them but we simply don't have the players to do that at this moment, this squad is not fit for purpose, it's rank in all departments. He gets all the time (and funds) he needs from me, I'll not be criticising him after a few games, he needs support and patience from the fans, he's not a miracle worker.

Nudging up to an 8.1 now, we're not done but the season rests on these next 2 fixtures. 6 points and I'll move down to a 3ish, 4 points and it'll stay an 8, anything less than that and it's all but done. Genuine crunch time.

Toe poke into the keeper from point blank range about 5 mins before he went off thankfully.

Arsenal deserved winners, comfortably better all over the pitch but that refereeing performance was a disgrace. He didn't cost us the game but was ridiculously biased. A proper throwback to the 'homer' days

If we're as open as we were against Brentford then we're in for a long afternoon. Arsenal aren't close to what they once were but they can still knock it about and create massive problems. Pressing is great but there needs to be a balance tomorrow, too many players caught upfield and they'll cut us to ribbons. A result is more than possible but we're not going to get it by opening it up and trying to match them in a very end-to-end game of football, because if we try and do that then we'll lose comfortably imo.

Absolutely embarrassing how rattled this lot are about the prospect of anyone beginning to think about challenging their dominance at the top of the tree, it's pathetic. Fully expect the next move to delay it even further until after the window has closed in February. I'd be tempted to make the deals, sign the players, spend the cash and take it to court and let the lawyers pull it apart there. How is anyone allowed to compete without an injection of cash? They're essentially preventing competition and threat to their position. And that's before you even consider the fact the same cunts blocking this are the same fuckers who signed contracts to leave the very League they're now so desperate to protect about 7 months ago. They're a pack of fucking snakes.

They aren't going to get caught doing anything.

Spend all of his RTG gained time on twitter? He might even start discussing the club he supports? Maybe?
-
Sure you all know but PEA is evens for 1 sot vs us tomorrow. Given how open we are it's as close to free money as you can get.
-
Maybe he should have looked into that shit before he took the job tbh. You play the cards you're dealt, get on with it.

Red shield and 3 grey castles is enough of a nod to the history of the city and club. I like the current badge, it's lush but it does look a bit dated in 2021 imo. Change is inevitable.

Corners that don't make it past the first man.

Offer on PP currently. Put a £5 bet builder on Man U tonight and they'll give you a free £5 on City tomorrow. Picked out a bet builder, put a fiver on and instantly got the free fiver. Waited 10 mins and cashed out the first bet for the £5 and the free bet is still there for tomorrow

Remember Ginola getting more and more worked up when he came back to SJP with Villa 20 years ago. Had an awful first half an hour, got himself booked on 40 mins and John Gregory subbed him about a minute later, bang on HT. Appalling management and he then got utterly rinsed by the home crowd as he came off. Very funny moment. Apart from Ginola.

I reckon I'm on about a 7.6 atm. It's looking awful, we don't look like winning and we have some horrible fixtures coming soon. That said we also have a new manager and a transfer window to come soon, it's not beyond the point of pulling it back, it is possible to claw our way back into the dogfight but let's not kid ourselves either. It's going to be incredibly difficult to get the results we need and we're already looking at other teams to drop points. In November. It's going to take something for everything to click into place but I've still got hope it will. Giving up on the team now, with nearly 80 points to play for is embarrassing imo. It's not done yet. We still have a chance but it needs to change very very soon.

Let's not get too cocky just yet, eh?

Had a 30/1 acca come in with Spurs winning. Only a quid on it but it's kept my interest all weekend

Wasn't so much the nature of the mistake it was the timing of it too. Less than 70 seconds after having taken the leaf at home against a side on a poor run and this fucking nugget let's one roll past him into the bottom corner. All momentum lost in a single second, the crowd instantly fell as flat as a witch's tit and audible groans. Same old Newcastle. If he saves that dribbler I honestly think we'd have gone on to win. The mistake sucked all momentum from the players and stadium. The prick.
