  1. We are beyond shit though mate. Although pardew has form with last minute winners Either way we are just delaying the inevitable. We are but Hull like Palace are a team that is more than happy with a point away from home. They'll likely sit back rather than press high and go for the juggler like a lot of other teams would. I think they'll go for it. Bruce isn't stupid, he knows an early goal creates mayhem and we're short on confidence. I think they'll start quick and put as much pressure on us as possible. Start at 100mph and force an error or 7 high up the park. It's what I would do.
  2. Can you imagine the cheers if the chap were to land one on Pardew... Would be sensational if SportsDirect adverts were ripped down too. All of those flimsy ones along the back of the East Stand, the ones that could be kicked through which are attached to the railings etc. Would obviously be a very wrong thing to do though, wouldn't want anything to happen to the (flimsy) SportsDirect adverts.
  3. I know this is really sly and I'm not particularly proud of it but I really hope one of our idiots run onto the field and assaults the fucker in the dugout. Or at least attempts to. To see a wall of stewards in place simply to stop the manager of the home team from being set upon by his own fans sends out the best message possible. To need security guards surrounding you in order to allow you to physically do your job. Imagine that...

His goals record is just not good enough during his career - I was amazed we signed him to be honest until I remembered Pardew I accept that. I don't think he's going to score many goals but I'm just pointing out the shitstorm he's walked into isn't going to help him disprove that. I'm loathe to slate many of the new signings, regardless of their previous seasons, given the other stuff going on at the club atm.
  5. They'll be thinking 'Just get though Hull. It'll be another month or so before we're at home after Hull. Just ride it out and it'll blow over by Leicester.'

Given the manager he's signed for, the formation he's played in and the mentality of the team it's hard to be too critical of the lad. All of the above factors, combined with the fact he's moved to a new league, new language and new culture, mean he's got his work cut out to win the fans over. He's looked isolated and anonymous but not all of that is his fault imo. Not saying he's a superb player but the current scenario he's walked into is the worst that he could possibly have imagined. Certainly not going to slate the lad just yet.
  7. In the past he's always had the break and won when he's absolutely had to. This time I can't see who's going to score the 2 or 3 needed to win the game because we're not keeping a clean sheet on Saturday. That back 4 is in disarray and it's not suddenly going to improve in a week. They're a shambles back there and Hull, just as Soton and Palace did, will take advantage.
  8. Praying for 2 early Hull goals. I want anarchy.
  9. Very few expected anything other than what you've described tbh.
  10. Is that a budgie on his head?
  11. Even if Cabaye was sold from the team, they've had enough time and money to replace him in the summer. If they've spent £35m and still not adequately replaced the player whose absence they're all blaming for the shit form then it's just another black mark against Charnley and Pardew. If Cabaye was that instrumental then replacing him should have been the main priority - cash was made available and they had since February to scout, and May to sign, him. How can they still be blaming the decision they took to move him on? It's staggering.
  12. Well he did have plenty of material tbf.
  13. The main (only?) attribute that Pulis, Bruce, Sherwood et al have is the fact they're not Alan Pardew. Sometimes a change is as good as a rest. None of them are the answer but they're all a better option than the cunt in charge at the minute.
  14. Fuck them two idiots. They didn't have a word of blame for Pardew last time this happened and I bet they won't this time either. They always seem to forget that Pardew trains and selects these players. Granted, but how many times can they crucify the back 4 without criticising the cunt who keeps picking them?
  15. It'll be interesting to hear Neville and Carragher mutilate us again on Monday Night Football. Given the speculation that's hanging about and their tendency to highlight our defensive failings it's a recipe for a very uncomfortable 10-15 minutes for Pardew. Really hope they don't pull any punches and call it like it is.
  16. He reminds me of Andy O'Brien, can look okay for a period but you just know the longer he stays in the team he will crack under the pressure. He was falling to pieces yesterday, looked frightened of his own shadow. Bang on, as an emergency stopgap for 2 or 3 games he's ok. His shiteness rises exponentially as the number of games increases. Coloccini was awful as well yesterday, but that's just because he didn't give a shit. Aye, I didn't see the whole game but his decline is rapidly gathering pace too. Started a while ago and the fact the captain of that team, after that collective performance, was the first down the tunnel speaks volume as to his commitment and attitude. Disgusting stuff.

  18. Yep. It was on RTG last night. Speaking of Mackems, quite a few on Twitter last night calling NUFC fans 'embarrasing' and 'a disgrace' for chanting against Pardew during the game. Because they've never hounded a manager (or 3) out before. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steve-bruce-sunderland-fans-hatred-1362673
  19. So who is responsible then? Is Pearce trying to suggest that the bloke in charge of the team isn't responsible for the results and performances? He continues to pick the cunts week in, week out. Say it again, eight 3+ hammerings since this February alone. That's ignoring all of the shit results that almost got us relegated the season prior to that. What an utter wanker.

  21. Even if you could magically change the owner overnight into a decent one the football would still be shit under Pardew. He's responsible for what happens on the park, he's been given a squad littered with internationals and just can't get them performing. To think this would change if the club changed hands is pigshit, he's not going to become good at his job overnight too. Said about a year ago, there's 4 cunts at the club. Llambias walked, that left 3. Kinnear got run out of town and there's 2 left. One of those is on the ropes and dazed, we need to finish the twat off.
  22. Even if he gets through Hull he's got Palace, Stoke and Swansea all away from home immediately after that. Stick a fork in him, he's done.
  23. A Chronicle poll won't get him sacked, the results of his team will do.
