FA charge on the way for that like. Dirty Teutonic twat.

..or have the technique to hold it up and bring others into play or find each other with flick-on's.

And the selling of Alonso. Their fans have placed Benitez above criticism but that might be one of his biggest mistakes. To be fair to Benitez on that one, the Italian lad (forget his name) he bought to replace him hasn't kicked a ball yet. yes but hes got a long history of injury aqualaini and was bought injured for 20m they had a perfectly steady rb and spunked 16m on glen johnson when they needed a striker to play beside torres. I doubt liverpool will finish in the top 4 man city look the real deal this year I hope they get relegated. I'm just saying they can't use selling Alonso as a stick to beat Benitez with. Yet... Let's see how he does when he's fit and if he's s*** then Benitez will kop it. (geddit? geddit? ) actually losing alonso can be put down straight to lafa, he tried to sell him to pay for barry (i know who id rather have in the side and it aint barry) would you have felt compelled to stay if you were alonso after that treatment? Hang on, I'm not defending his decision to sell Alonso. I'd have Alonso in there before Barry or Aquilani without question. I'm simply saying that it can't be used to hammer Benitez until Alonso's replacement actually plays. Also, if Real came in for me - I'd be packing my bags as I took the phonecall.

Too similar to Carroll imo. It's too easy an option for our full backs and midfield to think 'right, there's 2 big targets to aim for, I'll just hoof it and let them win it.' That's not going to get us anywhere as their technique isn't good enough to create enough from all of the long stuff. Need to play one or the other with a pacey striker (or even Nolan playing just off) and force our midfield to actually play football rather than just take the easy option of just fucking banging it up there and hoping for the best. Hughton needs to find a plan B asap.

Unless, there was no way he was going to stay. Agree totally, I've always rated Alonso as being a cracking player. Still too early to hang that one on Benitez just yet. If Aquilani bombs then he'll get stick.....I'd imagine anyway. If they've put him on a pedestal and immune from criticism that's their fucking problem. I hope they crash and burn big style.

Probably deserved a point at the end of the day but we can't give teams a goal start away from home and expect to pull it back. For all of our domination in the second half forest defended well and were hard to break down. Our final ball was shocking and if you can't score then you don't deserve to win. Needs sorting. More than once this season we've won games we shouldn't have so we can't really complain about today. We just weren't at it.

Hope Sunderland and Liverpool kick the living shit out of each other tomorrow. 1-1, numerous horrific injuries and 5 red cards please.

Yep. He's top drawer. Liked the way he handled the shitehawk fishing for a headline too. They'll turn on him pretty quickly of course. When he drops their beloved 'Becks'.

Why? Will South Africa have difficulty shifting tickets in the summer like? That's the only reason he's on the park today. His crossing from the wide areas. Lennon, Swp, Young, Milner, Cole or whoever plays wide, can't cross like him. I'd have all of those plus Walcott in the pecking order before him. He just doesn't deserve to be there imo.

He's obviously Sporting's 'Fumaca'.

...and how many wanted to take up coaching and managing? Maybe there aren't more black players who actually want to become a coach or a manager? Who knows?

This is Shola man. Even the mascot looks fitter in the warm-up's.

Its a hell of an achievement for a pickle. Gerken got them out of a pickle. If that had been funny, it would have been funny.

We need someone who can make things happen at this level. Needn't be a world-beater, just someone with a bit of craft. Someone like Chopra? Not really. He's more of a finisher, we need a creative player imo. Someone who can sit behind the strikers in the gap and link things up and pick a pass out. or a right-winger for a bit of balance. doesn't have to be great, someone like Wayne Routledge looks excellent in this division. That's another option. Getting around the back of packed defences with a bit of raw pace is sometimes easier than threading a ball. Thought Routledge was fantastic for QPR on Wednesday and he was one of the best players I've seen at this level this season.
