  1. Got some really tough fixtures left. Then again, most fixtures are tough WHEN YOU'RE FUCKING SHIT.
  2. They're in freefall. What's their run in like? Don't post it, I'll have a look myself.
  3. Earnshaw, Boyd and Blackstock are capable of pulling something out of the bag for them. Need to keep and use the ball well and starve them of their supply.
  4. He did that before and the thick twats fined him. They obviously knew better...
  5. Interesting to notice that most of the Wolves team that beat West Ham this week played in the game against Man U earlier this season when they got fined for fielding a 'weakened' team. Wonder if they'll get fined again? Surely if the Premier League are going to be consistent then they need to fine them again for playing these, obviously, inferior and inadequate players. To do anything less would be ridiculously inconsistent....
  6. To be fair they have won the European Cup twice. Thats my point, if they're such a big club, then they shouldnt celebrate like they've won the European cup again after beating little old newcastle. Only club to have won more European Cups than domestic league titles iirc.
  7. Poor show if that's true. Ipswich gave him a chance to get back into management and have backed him against his critics. He still owes them. Managing Celtic or Rangers must be the most unrewarding for a manager. You're up against only one serious rival in your domestic league, and coming second is failure. What's more, you have no chance of succeeding in European competition any more. Where's the fun in that? Finishing first and rubbing Rangers' noses in it.
  8. Keane to Celtic. Mariner to Ipswich. Fuck knows to Plymouth.
  9. Nearly as cheesy as the spunky 'TO DARE IS TO DO' shite along the advertising hoardings. Nearly.
  10. 3-1. 50k in the stands and promotion virtually wrapped up. Definitely a match to look forward to.
  11. That's a massive 3 points for us tonight. Really thought we'd get turned over, what with the Carroll situation and our patched-up back 4 against a canny Doncaster team on their own patch. We can see the line now.
  12. LLLO: These are shit, we should be beating them and probably would be with two forwards.
  13. 2-0 loss. That's a dodgy back 4 we've got out there tonight.
  14. Maybe Taylor started on Carroll and got slapped? Until we find out what actually happened it's all just pointless speculation tbh.
  15. I'll be celebrating but I won't be running on the pitch. I'll see it more as a case of 'job done' rather than 'let's go fucking mental'. Best of luck to those that do try to invade the pitch and get nicked/hoyed out though.
  16. There should be an automatic 10 point deduction for any team who incorporate gold into their shirts. 20 points for gold names and numbers. Looks fucking shit.
  17. He doesn't look that poor to me. The ball sticks at his feet, he tried to run onto Carroll's flick ons a couple of times despite it clearly not being his game and he got into goal scoring positions on at least three occasions. If that's him playing shit then I don't really take this type of criticism seriously. Fair enough. If you think he's doing a decent job for us up front then that's your opinion and you're fully entitled to it. I think he looks dreadful but there you go. Time will tell.
  18. Can see him looking at moving on if he doesn't get to go to the World Cup this summer. An English striker capable of scoring 20+ in a season will always attract attention from the big clubs. Even more so when the English quota thing starts soon. He won't be there much longer.
  19. 1-1. Could do with a win really to keep things rolling on but not at all sure we'll get it. Need to be a bit more positive away from hope and drop the players who clearly aren't up to it - Best. I realise Hughton has probably got to show a bit of faith in him seeing as he bought him but he doesn't look like scoring. Play Ranger instead.
  20. Should not be first choice next year. Decent at this level but he'll struggle next year. Can't afford to give that much time and space for wingers to run at him, check inside and get a shot off without him getting within 3 yards of him. Completely his fault for the goal.
  21. A decent point in the end. Could still have won it mind but I'd have taken a point at HT. Can't afford to give teams a goal start though. Harper for the first goal and Simpson was shocking for the second. Both totally preventable and the type of individual errors we're going to have to cut out next year.
