Didnt we play 3 at the back V Arsenal at their place in the league last season and it worked despite the score. Not so well V Everton in our last game of the season. Eddie played it a few times while at Bournemouth particularly at Chelsea and got results. I like it in the right circumstances and may even give a chance for Nick and Wissa to play together from time to time. Im all for being flexible and less predictable.

He will. He hasn't had a pre season or any extended training pitch time. Its been constantly next game prep then recovery. Looking forward to next seaaon for him.

Its something that needs time to work on. Time we havent had. Yes we need players to get close to him but he also needs to be stronger with his back to goal and the players that get close to him nnleednt be the wide forwards but centr mids and the likes of Hall and Tino as well reading what their teammates are doing. (See Leverkusens equaliser V us)
