I'm not so sure. From the outside they have a decent record of developing youngsters, more so than us. No idea with our revamped backroom staff how we are viewed inside the game now.

I agree about state ownership to a point (stable doors and all that) but we are at a point when some businesses are larger and more powerful than states.

They have a point there, not so much kicking someone when they're down, all clubs have dickheads like that, but it seems to be on the rise all over and needs nipping.

Just out of curiosity, mainly for those of us up here who have Mackems as mates, colleagues etc, do any of them ever mention it, our owners ? Of all the Mackems I know, 2 bring it up in banter but they have both said they are jealous and when I originally voiced my concerns told me they'd love it if it was them. Strangely the only one who's mentioned it seriously is a 60s child 70s style placka scouser who for all he's one of my longest standing mates, probs 50yrs or more, we never got (get) on over football.

They'll all vote against it. Its easy to run your gob off when it has no effect.

Arent the current pies by Dicksons ?

You'd think it would be even with Kuol being a commonwealth citizen. I'd guess it's more likely the"outstanding prospect" route.

Have they ? I'll use the Garnacho example again. Edit...I've used him as an example that much it's bound to come crashing down when someone finds out his Granny was from Oldham or summik.

It's the pace of things as well. On the pitch the change between last November and March was huge, the change from March to August was huge again and I feel we are massively changed now from August.

When's this malingerer back then ?

Pies ? The George in Keswick takes some beating.

Every club always needs improving.

I'd love to just put a foot in front of that, then punt it.

I think a referee blows a whistle. Same as usual really.

That just sums up so much.

Or needs resting or if he brings something different and creates a new role. With better players we don't have to replicate like for like and play the same way game by game. Look at how we are varying game to game now.

One capable of going into the starters, couple of developers who may not even see Tyneside in January beyond a photo op.

Look where Miggys been playing of late. He's hardly been a winger.

Just to caveat what I posted above. Providing we are all together and we are working for the same thing, defeats when they come will be easier to take. I'd love to see wor flags having their flags from places on the walk up to the ground, a celebration of us, win or lose, all in it together and when we lose applauding the team because they gave their all, its all we can ask for.

I love at the minute, match days, going in earlier than I have done the last decade plus, the carnival atmosphere, the game itself, the afterwards are like New year's eves of old, staying out longer because I want to celebrate, talking to strangers like I've known them for years. I don't want this to stop. I hope we never treat it as the usual, like we should have it, like it's our right.
