Wouldn't be surprised if there was, but one a quieter behind closed doors affair. -

Just looking at the pre season line up of games and there's some gap the between Brighton game and the start of the season, a whole weekend in fact. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another game in there, quite possibly a home game like last season. -
Got to say for all it was only about 12hrs in Milan centre I wasn't overly impressed. Certainly not somewhere I'd dream of living.
-
It's the law now I think
-
When do sky etc announce their games ? I'm struggling for 4 homes before Christmas.
-
Never feel too strongly ? Is that since your ban
-
Look back a page or 2. Someone has nicely posted them all. Away after 4.
-
So we come off worst........ never !
-
Looking a bit deeper that's a fantastic run in to the end of the season. Both Liverpool and Man City out of the way before the end of January.
-
4 aways after champions league games apparently. How do the other 3 champions league teams fare ?
-
Is he not in the QE ?

Re the above and FFP, I've never understood why it's allowed for a club to rack up massive debts that count towards FFP that an owner can't pay off due to FFP regs but a takeover allows those debts to be written off and an FFP fresh start.

Would explain some of his performances against us.
-
It's not so much if they get away with it, it's partly why and how they got away with it. What's more likely to end FFP is if they get done but the punishment is so weak as to be meaningless, ie no Ban from competitions, no lengthy transfer ban, no stripping of titles, no massive points reduction. If its a fine thennits pointless.

Who'd a thought a Gambian signing for an English team from a Danish club would lead to a Dutch off ?
-
Don't think they'll get that. If they do move up there, where SJP is now will need to be turned into "park land" so there is a trade off. However, wasn't there a story a little while back of the Rueben's buying the Barker and Stonehouse site ?
-
Will they get 6,000 to 8,000 people in to watch a match (that currently can't be shown) and paying for a season ticket for it and also ramping up the value of the club ? If not I don't think they'll see that as kind of expansion. The fan zone planned for the St James metro site will probably be a temp thing until the redevelopment get going.
-
Aren't the systems basically the same ? Identify young players, develop them with an eye to the first team but where they differ is that Man City and Chelsea are better placed to keep them if they make it with EVERY club looking to sell for decent profit due to circumstances (worrybof losing players for free, restrictions of squad size, not sure player will reach required level etc). In the past some clubs didn't focus on development so much, choosing to pick off other clubs, not so much now.
-
Wonder if they'd dare the "loan with obligation to buy" idea to possibly get round a bit of FFP ?
-
Add Feyenoord to my watch list for next season.
-
Wouldn't that only cost about 1.2mill (assuming 5yr deal) towards FFP ?
