    Papiss Cissé

and the cheering for him when he came on and ther chanting for him to take the pen.
  2. after 40mins, with both teams full strength i'd have been happy to get a draw. I wouldn't, they had what? 3 shots on target the entire game? I was absolutely confident we could get a win and it isn't luck their players stupidly got sent off. They cheated, we beat them by a big margin and could have absolutely stuffed them. yes they were stupid in getting sent off and they should have no complaints about them, at 11 v 11 though they looked better and their goal was coming.
  3. that cisse is slaughtered for week after week. edit, first goal that is.

  5. wasn't just the kick, it was the foul/kick/agression after the whistle combo.

    Football pet hates

thats easily understandable but the "luck" of last minute goals makes me angry.
  7. and they had 2 good chances aswell. their goal had been coming for 5mins.
  8. seemed to land and know it was going in before it passed the 6yrd line.
  9. thats what we all thought "ahh come on lads I can't give 5 pens in one game"

    Hatem Ben Arfa

i'm pretty sure the idea was that between remy and anita they'd be very fluid, gouffran was, cabaye and sissoko did a bit but were often stuck not knowing who should go or stay, ben arfa just stayed wide. honestly don't think it was tactics, especially as remy started hitting the wide right route up against their left back.
  11. aye, the crowd wanting cisse to take it, he's created bother (wongagate), been out of form, out the team and to have the crowd do that for you must affect you in some way. even just the backing he got when he came on gave a similar a sense of community as lovenkrantz's goal after the death of his father.

    Loïc Remy

he plays much better off the main striker, currently it's better for us that he is the main striker.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

nope. good in the first 15mins or so, then faded like the rest of the team, again poor off the ball (not his defending but f*** me if he had half debuchys movement!!!!), then like the rest of the team looked good against 9 men. I wouldn't start him against Arsenal. Dog s*** post, sorry man but that's utter drivel because he looked so dangerous through most of the first half ? because he was always open and creating space ? don't get me wrong, he didn't have a bad game, just he only turned it on when they were down to 9 and stretched.

aye but many footballers are on standard wages and worry about financial matters when their careers end. it's not like every footballer is on wayne rooney type wages.
  16. we won at a canter in the end. not sure we would have had they not went stupid. we learned nothing about our team. in some ways I'd rather the red cards hadn't happened to see if the "new stytle" of play could up tempo to get us back into the game, in the end though, 3 points, a run out and no injuries or suspensions.

there's a simple difference, look through this thread, it's laughter, it's taking the piss and schadenfreude. look at their take on us, it's violent, aggressive, "mag kernts" and, though they'll hate it and will never admit it, they just want to better us, nothing else, they'll settle for 2nd bottom providing we are bottom.
  19. he could mean that we may be able to handle it having learned from it last time and maybe developing a style that we could carry through without having to prepare all week.
  20. That must be one of the longest football songs ever without having to repeat the same words. wasn't that the one with a lot of "go left" in it ? and wasn't it echoed ie other people singing the same words ?

recognition http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/mags.850991/page-8 if only he knew this wasn't the first thread on them and that there'd been a previous one that just got too full of laughing at them to carry on.
