kevin carr ? saved a pen though, not a corner.

hes developed into a great leader for that team. not sure he's that great a defender (note he's good, just not a nesta or anywhere near) and not sure he'll be a great leader at national level.
-
I doubt it'll be because of him though, he'll bust a gut for them while Nasri bottles it Aye, I remember a little while ago loads of French journalists voted him as the 2nd best player for the national team (Ribery swept up) because he was the one player you could rely on every time. the french media think he's came on massively since coming here aswell, loads more to his game etc.

maybe the alcohol but i'd be tempted to start cisse. remy's looked a little off the pace and a bit breather before arsenal and west brom might do the trick. -
if liverpool, man utd or PSG come in for him he'll want to be off.
-
in those cases it doesn't bother me. however put anyone in my way who calls them "united" in a game against them and us or leeds utd or sheffield utd etc etc and I'll swing for the bugger. as you say, you can't shorten it to sonmething that means both "united" in this case.
-
me neither. It may be that we take more notice of them than we would if it were a Norwich or a Stoke being down there so give them a bit more credit when they aren't horrible.

double bluff in an attempt to get malky to resign.

Not quite... We should've been 0-2 down within the first 10mins... Eh? I remember Jon Walters missed a decent chance early on but can't think of any other time we were troubled. Seemed comfortable all game. They had 2 very good chances in first ten mins with the Walters chance being one of them... But from 10mins on we outplayed them for sure but it epitomized that season with little moments in games going our way... most teams will get at least one chance during a game against even the best of oppositions. -

ask opposing fans about krul! -
just a little cameo today but instead of going to the ball he got into positions to receive the ball in, subtle difference in theory but a massive difference on the pitch.
-
could see him fitting perfectly into liverpools current set up if they decide to push the boat out in a title push. beyond that PSG, I know the names they have in the middle but haven't watched any freench football this season so don't know what they've been like. also his position behind the front man gives another dimension to his game.

wigan and stoke cant compete with the wigans and stokes, they have a little spell of spending above their station then return to normal and lick their wounds.

Aye. He actually takes up a seat in the Leazes or Gallowgate end depending on which way we're facing. doesn't matter which way we are facing, it's which way he wants to face, on a whim.
-
you should really, lets face it they could do with the extra help. Well they shouldn't have been s**** for my entire life then... glory hunting bassa. Oh aye. All that glory I've revelled in man. Them 2 cup final losses and a relegation. Belta compared to the alternative ?

they are 5 places and 6 points above that.

I'd play him as a No. 10 with no target man and two wide forwards. That way, it doesn't matter if he doesn't track back and him staying forward is a good thing. He could certainly hold the ball up on a counter whilst waiting for the others to catch up. Just don't try that long ball w***... not sure if he'd make a no.10. I always had him down as, if this makes sense, one of a pair of no.10ish type players playing off a forward, dovetailing and drifting, the problem being his off the ball movement.
