http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Moveable_Feast answers a lot of questions that. pardews a hemingway fan, hence the overuse of "jonas guttierrez" in the way "robert jordan" was drilled home in for whom the bell tolls.

aye (play mapou at LB) and nah (to the rest). Why not? By the 60-70 minute mark we'll be at least 2 or 3 goals down so we might as well give him a run-out. what if we arent ? if we are getting mullered and under more shit what good will that do him ? -

After his s*** shower of a performance there in the derby? We have 3 LBs and Mapou who can play there.... Jonas shouldn't even be entering your brain in consideration. Edit: Just seen Santon's apparently injured even so f*ck Jonas against Navas man I'd blocked that out of my mind Still think i'd rather see him at LB than in midfield though. Only saying that because he's seemingly the first name on the teamsheet, he obviously shouldn't be starting in either position. i'd rather see him on the bench. So what I said then it needed restating -

Nowt wrong with watching and learning vital nuances of midfield play from a superior player like. Tiote is not some kind of defective robot. He has the physical attributes, he just needs to understand his role in the team. understanding what you need to do is different to being able to do it. I just think tiote has been sussed, not his fault but everyone now knows he cant protect the ball when put under minimal pressure. In fantastical hindsight he should've peddled asap before he looked like the player who was a semi-regular for Twente. maybe, maybe not. some players can progress but i think cheik has reached his limit.

re dummett, i was thinking that pardew would play mapou at LB even with Santon fit for this game. -
they were rarely crosses either, more so the hoofs into the box now decried on here.
-
Expand on this... You must rate him highly I take it?... Good deliveries from corners and set pieces and does a good job on the right or in central midfield while always giving 100% What about the other 3 1/2 year that he was here?... he was cack/injured/incarcerated/suspended for the most part.

was till people got wise to it.

Not worthy of a thread - 2018 FIFA World Cup edition
madras replied to OzzieMandias's topic in Football
i like the idea of a winter world cup (i've stated it on here a few times i think), it would be good for certain teams to have to compete in say an english, french or german winter instead of those countries having to nearly always compete in the summer in unfamiliar conditions. this qatar idea is cack mind, has been since they were awarded. -
suppose, i'd forgot about that.
-
fairly sure they said deals were already agreed for gouffran and sissoko for the summer (on frees) and were brought forward due to the situation. debuchy was a hangover from last summer, not sure where mapou came into it. wey if we're not spending this summer because we were forced to spend relative pittance in order to bring forward what would have been a couple of free transfers then that's even worse The deals were done to avoid the drop. I think Ashley saw Reading game and it forced his hand. If he can get away without spending money he will, if we'd been cruising he may not have felt the need to spend. thats the bit where i disagree with most as i think he would if, like mapou, he believes theres enough value in the deal.
