The surprise is that it's going to be just like watching Brazil (in the 2014 World Cup Semi) -
Having a wander down Whitley Bay sea front

Wonder what the chant of "Tottenham Hotspur, it's happened again" felt like in the haptic feedback shirts.

Nice of Spurs to support the RNID stuff we're doing today by wearing a strip coloured hearing-aid beige.

I've only used the 308 which is alright but takes about 45 minutes to get from Whitley Bay to town when the roads are busy.

Replacement bus is to North Shields or Benton, then metro is always an option
-
Even more of a pain in the arse with the metros being off around the coast.

Sabotaged his own playing career by being a cunt, sabotaged his own management career by being a cunt, sabotaging his own.. retirement? Half hearted attempt to be a media personality? Fuck knows, wish he'd just go away, sick of seeing him referred to as "Ex Newcastle player".

Following up posting photos of his illicit lockdown haircut with a post showing he's got a dodgy TV box for the 3pm kickoffs
-
Fucking hell, production quality on these highlights is abysmal, you'd think you were watching something off Whitley Bay's Facebook page
-
Could see it coming when West Ham fans were singing "stand up if you're 3-1 up" and doing "olays" after every pass on 55 minutes, thought they were just asking for an incoming "Sit down if you're 4-3 down"

Involved in the far-right "Football Lads Alliance" unfortunately. Shame about the fire, but I've donated 20 quid to kids in Gaza instead. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/democratic-football-lads-alliance-why-050000937.html

But trying to pay homage to something in a kit and getting too artistic with it or getting it a bit wrong is something shirt designers do all the time. Hell, the mackems tunnocks teacake display was meant to be some homage to chevrons on an old kit, even though they were white and the display was silver for some reason. And that was done by fans rather than an American sportswear company. Every season, especially under Puma, we were given some speil about why they'd put spikes, or a shwoosh of colour on the stripes or something and lots of people said it was bollocks. To try and suggest some secret ulterior motive in the messaging (why do it and then hide it?) just comes across as a bit of a paranoid victim complex.
