The punishment for missing a test has to be harsher than testing positive, otherwise the system woudn't work. hows that ?. i'm pretty sure it would work if missing a test got a 12month ban and testing positive was a 24month ban. If that was the case, why on earth would anyone who'd taken drugs take a test when they could just skip it, get half the ban and still have their reputation reletively intact? You'd only ever test people who were clean Same reason why the penatlty for refusing to supply a breath sample is so harsh, so it's not just an easy way out of drink driving.

Yesterday nothing was happening in terms of appointing a new manager, today nothings happening on the club sale front, tomorrow nothing's happening in the transfer market.
