Low on energy and ideas right now.
-
Fucking hell
-
Solid half, would still bring on Isak for Wilson and ASM for Willock before 60 minutes.
-
Agent Armstrong.
-
Can’t see anything twisting, hope he’s fine.
-
All that space, don’t shoot with your weaker foot.
-
That's ridiculous ffs.
-
Yup, even the pundits can be so simple if they honestly thought VAR didn't look at it. Nothing surprising from @Froggy and @Mike tbh
-
I'm pretty sure that the Zinchenko picture was stopped when they brought out the VAR replay thing and it was close, would be absolutely stunned if they didn't look at it closer first before moving on to Nketiah.
-
Of course they looked at it. Even the picture was stopped on both occasions.

I don't think Pope has ever done anything as bad as that was from DDG.
-
The Ronaldinho flick turned into a pass, never seen that before.
-
Odegaard's pass, fucking hell.
-
Really hope he can stay fit, think his ceiling (at least before the injuries) is close to what prime Bale was.

ASM's 'selfishness' irritates so many people. Think Zaniolo is way worse with long range shooting, long runs that end up nowhere and bad decision making. I really like him though and he's really entertaining to watch, massive potential if it ever really clicks. Mourinho seems like a terrible manager for him on paper.
-
Will be nice to see Zaniolo in the PL. Our fans would absolutely hate him if he played for NUFC.
-
This is how I feel too, he needs to show some end product when he’s playing in an advanced role like that.
-
Don’t think it’s that simple, in theory they are playing the same position but you never see Willock play as low as Longstaff and don’t think Willock could do Longstaff’s role.
-
Alright, let’s go with that from now on.
-
We are still playing the same and dominating the matches, just lacking the end product.
-
XG was ~0.65, 3-0 would be so generous.
-
He made the good runs but final decision or touch has been garbage all half. Need ASM on before 60 if it stays 0-0.
-
Mudryk looks sharp.

Wonder when our fans realise we need a squad and not just five purples and the rest. We are an injury to Almiron away from starting Jacob Murphy.

36 years old and from Finland. I'm sad that I honestly can't remember how I became a NUFC fan but it must be during the mid 90s. My dad and then best friend who was two years older than me were both Man United fans so I'm pretty sure I picked someone good to oppose them. English football has always been really big in Finland and our BBC used to show one 3pm game on Saturday for decades until a pay channel bought the rights in the late 90s iirc. Can't really remember any NUFC matches from the 90s, only faint memories about the cup disappointments. We had satellite channels in the 90s but only remember watching Serie A on Rai channels and La Liga on TVE as PL was already on pay channels everywhere. Then in the summer of 2001 my dad finally ordered the pay channel that showed PL and the timing couldn't have been better and I remember being obsessed right away. Proper sad that I can't remember almost anything NUFC-related from the 90s though, at least the SBR years are clear in my mind. Been to four games, 6-0 win against Villa after the promotion and 2-1 win against Spurs when HBA scored a penalty. Then the lovely double header of Benfica knocking us out of Europa League when Pardew tried to defend a multi-goal win that we needed and 0-3 loss against the mackems aka the horse punching game. Was proper terrified after the game, you can see me queuing to Shark Bar in the background on some of the horse pictures as I was too scared to go anywhere else. Love the city and everyone I've met from here have been lovely. Can't wait to get back soon, should really put some effort into securing a ticket to a home game and fly over this season.
