Senegal did the same with us with Cisse and I don't think we were allowed to play him for a couple of games as a result. I am sure Senegal will pursue it as far as they can. It seems clear they did the wrong thing in playing him and may face a range of punishments, but why not play him this weekend or last?

Regardless of how thin our squad is getting, what is it with the club policy of paying 100% upfront on all buys, but seeming keen to loan players out with an obligation to buy, essentially agreeing to sell them in the summer but letting the buying clubs have them for free for now.
