I always thought the 3 clubs thing was only for permanent deals. There will be a lot of clubs rethinking their loans out for a month or so before January if it means they then cant sell that player to someone else in the window.
-
I fully appreciate that the club are most likely hoping that the manager issue drags on throughout the transfer window, but has there been even a hint of a rumour that we are looking to sign a centre back? As things stand we are one injury or suspension away from Dummett playing CB and there being not one substitute with any degree of first team experience.

Rémi Garde and the case of the missing art galleries

Agreed. It's the best thing for Ashley's regime. Can imagine he's looked at all that juicy profit Southampton made in the summer with envy. That does seem Ashley's dream model. Support an ambitious young coach to a certain level, let everyone see how well he improves players and gains results. Allow that coach to move on (for compensation) before selling all his stars for massive money. Start the process again providing a small percentage of that profit to the new coach to build his own team. -
With Tuchel and Garde not currently working, do they have any backroom staff to bring with them? That more than anything needs a total overhaul.
-
But, But, how will he even pass a medical? He missed the cup game with some horrific injury didn't he?
-
If we are "writing the rest of the season off" once again, then surely now is the perfect time for a new man to come in, spend the next few months experimenting with different young players and formations, and then as soon as the summer transfer window opens he can be ready to give next season a good go. In reality, we will spend most of the summer in negotiations with a manager and start the season with Gouffran and Willo still in the team.

Either the radio stream is delayed or they have just totally failed to mention this: 15:27 Leicester should be one up. Newcastle goalkeeper Jak Alnwick's cross-collecting has not improved and his punch drops right to Tom Lawrence 15 yards out. The former Manchester United man, making his debut today, scuffs his shot wide though.

Is Tuchel the one who lines 8 players up on the half way line for kick off?

Taking full blame for the Sunderland defeat -
So other than the two games where Pardew was unable to come off the bench (Cardiff home) and completely lost it and got sent off (Hull), when did we last beat someone by 3 or more goals?
-
He will be sold just as soon as De Jong is fit to take his place, can't be having purples on the bench.
-
Is he injured? just heard Pardew saying he will be out for a while

If either Woodman or Alnwick come in for Blobby cos he'd rather be at his baby's birth then heres hoping they do enough to keep him out of the team. -

As much as I hate pardew you have to credit our defending and shutting the game down as the reason west ham are offering nothing. His plan will be 0-0 to 75 mins or so then throw on Cabella and/or cisse. I can see Taylor having to come on before willo gets sent off. -

Seems to be going to plan so far for pardew, bore them into submission. Pretty much a 4-4-1-1 so far with sissoko floating where he wants. -
